It seems that the Self Storage business is a lucrative one.  The start up of one, either buying one or building a new facility, might be great.  But, once you have the business going, it seems very profitable.  Very low overhead: insurance, advertising, utilities, and the cost of one or two employees, along with general maintenance are really all that has to be put into it.
