There are 5 screws and 2 pins to be removed. With a Phillips screwdriver, take away the screws under : the interior edge of the carlisle brass  ( two screws ) ; the door handle ( two ) ; beneath the light ( 1 ) ; and beneath the mesh cover of the middle of the door ( one ). The pins are found on the outer edge of the door. Just press them with a screwdriver and they’re going to be simply removed by pulling them out of the door. Insert a flat-edged screwdriver between the pull handle and trim. Then, pull with your fingers round the outer edge of the trim to pry ( with a rocking motion ) it loose.

With the door trim removed, there’s a plastic liner within. Remove that also ( be certain to replace it back when one is finished. Take away the bolts inside with a ratchet set ( with a 10 mm attachment ). Once the bolts are removed, the handle can already be moved around. But there’s another set of bolt and rod inside to be removed. After which, one should be in a position to pull out the old door handle. From the left, there are 4 ( four ) lock bolts to be attached back in. Start re-attaching the 1st 2 ( from the left ), then with the following 2 with the ratchet set. With the screwdriver mimicking the bar which engages when the door is closed, pull the handle.

When everything is working well, start replacing all of the parts removed ( start with the last removed part i.e.
